The NextStep Elite content is tailored to each client and delivered through 1:1, in-person or virtual sessions, twice a month for up to six-months. We focus on execution and measurable results prior to signing longterm coaching engagements.*

Coaching sessions include access to 200+ workbook style pages of mental models and original curriculum formulated from real-time, pressure tested scenarios over the last decade in professional sports and corporate America.

*Clients are eligible for an annual coaching retainer based on availability and mutual compatability after a 6-week or 6-month coaching trial
