Let's get to know each other.
A commitment to being the best.
Formerly the Director of Professional Development and Assistant Director of Player Development for the Seattle Mariners Major League Baseball Club, my foundational competency is coach to athlete connection, peak performance, player representation, contract negotiation and MLB operational management.
Fueled by Divine Providence, my business portfolio and professional mastery have evolved beyond baseball into the boardroom. Presently, I am the performance coach to a meaningful number of the nation’s top, most influential Fortune 500 company C-suite executives—an honor I revere. I partner with organizations and individuals to win at the highest level sustainably, methodically, efficiently, and ethically under pressure. I intentionally maintain anonymity and encourage my clientele to receive complete credit for the strategies and work we privately accomplish together.
My belief in Christ and love for family guide my life. My marriage enriches my soul and gives me strength to work with talented individuals daily. Being a mother of two sons is my most joyous responsibility. I prioritize a quiet, purposeful life and value working ‘behind the scenes’ in my endeavors.
My passion is accompanying people, wherever they are, on their jaunt through life, sport, and business. As an entrepreneur, mentor and catalyst I intentionally dedicate my life to listening to others. I wake up to encourage people to make choices that strengthen their lives. I help hopeful, ambitious individuals outline, communicate and accomplish their ongoing purpose, vision and goals with fresh, invigorating perspective.
I authored and began teaching the NextStep curriculum on baseball fields across the country with my company NextStep Baseball, which I launched after working 6 years directly in the sport. As I coached my clients to trust themselves, build strong character, lead demonstratively and curate their personal brands—positive, powerful, and visible responses ensued.
NextStep Elite, my corporate coaching business, has multiplied by word of mouth with no formalized marketing or social media footprint. Individuals influenced by the extensive history of change in the elite athletes, personnel, and executives I have coached hire me to implement strategies and tools for lasting organizational achievement and benchmarked success.
Additionally, my husband Brett and I founded Teens With Class, a manners, etiquette and leadership program designed to teach the concepts outlined above to a younger, impressionable demographic. Together, we remain passionate about leaving a hopeful and impactful legacy on American youth.
